Suzanne: Personal Trainer
Suzanne Janusz has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years. Her fitness and wellness journey has taken her from managing a large scale health club to personal training. Suzanne is an A.C.E. Certified personal trainer and a cancer exercise specialist. Suzanne’s passion and goal is to help people achieve an overall positive self image and empower people to look at exercise and nutrition as a natural part of their life style. As a personal trainer, Suzanne has also created a helpful tool for her clients called “Pantry Busters”. This tool educates clients how to purge their cabinets and refrigerator of unhealthy foods and form a healthy habit of making better choices.
Laura: Personal Trainer
With over 21 years of expertise, Laura Conter leads our Firm Fit Flex and Circuit classes. As a personal trainer certified in Bosu, Mat Pilates and PnF stretching, she shares her knowledge and passion for whole body health and fitness. Laura is also available for private training sessions.

“Yoga returns ten-fold whatever you bring to it.” -Rachel Wolfe has over 12 years of yoga experience in study, training and practice. Her style of teaching is designed to get people out of their minds and back into their bodies, while building strength and increasing flexibility. Classes infuse several styles of Hatha Yoga including, Viniyoga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Anusara in a fluid and dynamic manner accessible to all fitness levels. In 75 minutes of clear, thoughtful instruction and guided relaxation, Rachel takes the mystery out of yoga and guides you in developing your own practice.
