Body Toning:

Tai Chi, Yoga and Core Pilates movements are choreographed to music; lengthening, strengthening and toning your muscles. Develop a strong posture while creating a new physique. Sculpt muscles, wake-up latent muscle groups throughout your body with deep breathing with easy to follow movements. Experience increased agility that will have a direct impact on other sports and physical activities.

Zumba:

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Hatha Yoga:

Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga involving physical postures synchronized with breathing techniques. The “Grandmother” of all exercise, Yoga has been around for thousands of years and continues to prove effective in alleviating pain and stress, while bringing a sense of peace and well being to our lives. Yoga is highly recommended by many medical practitioners, as poses can easily be adapted to all bodies. A yoga practice transforms the body and mind resulting in positive, profound and lasting changes.

Fit Firm Flex:

Personal training in a classroom setting. Empower your mind and body with this class focused on building strength and endurance. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, Fit Firm Flex, is a total body work out, taking you from warm-up to cool-down with the expertise of a personal trainer.
